Gamaret
The grape variety with the dark colours.
A Swiss grape variety created through research, Gamaret was developed to be resistant to grapevine diseases and to add colour to blends.
Gamaret produces full-bodied wines that are very dark in colour, with a good tannic structure. It can be recognised by its notes of rosemary and candied black fruit.
A little secret about Gamaret: this very powerful wine is best left to age. It should therefore be laid down for about 5 years.
